Amendments 1 to Rules of Engagement to be added:
11. Banning the usage of children in warfare 12. Declansburg Convention mark for hospital ships, medevac vehicles, field hospitals, medical personnel, etc. (only covered if they're unarmed or only have defensive weapons, like a pistol) 13. Prohibit intentional targeting of civilians 14. Provide military POW's with food and water and allow them to communicate with loved ones 15. Provide safe passage for civilians to flee war zones 16. Provide access to humanitarian organizations 17. Banning the usage of cluster munitions, flamethrowers, napalm, and other incendiary devices on humans (can use flamethrowers to burn away foliage, but not your enemies) 18. Nation Maritime borders 50 miles from one's coastline. Enshrines declansburg.freeforums.net/thread/532/cramer-john-oceanic-act into Rules of Engagement.

Korvalis supports all amendments, including 18 and 11. Usage of child soldiers is a flat-out war crime and is a despicable course of action by any nation.
18 is a reasonable amendment that further solidifies the Cramer-John Oceanic Act. This is to prevent nations from claiming large swathes of international waters as their territory. If we allow nations to do that, what's to stop a nation from claiming that all international waters are their territory?

The world And if we don't solidify the law about 50 miles from the coastline as being the boundary between international and territorial waters, then at which point of a nation claiming large swathes of international waters as their own territorial waters does the world choose to intervene? No one nation should be above international law, and this amendment supports that basis.

The Nationale Republik supports.
We mustnโt start a precedent where individual nations are able to call large areas of water their own. This is not something our region should adopt as it would lead us into unyielding conflicts. 50 miles off the coasts is reasonable and would still allow international traffic unhindered travel routes for commercial, leisure, military and other transportation needs. There must always be areas free from the influence of individual nations. You donโt see the NR calling the Sea of Aeolus as our property because that wouldnโt sit well with the rest of the region, because itโs just wrong.

We disagree with 18 and 11 Number 18 has the option to not be included since my suggestion there was a already passed law already but I thought it belonged in the rules of engagement.

We support all of these additions and thank Odinburgh for bringing Korvalis' suggestions forward. Opposing number 11 is preposterous. Children in warfare simply should not be allowed in any decent society like Declansburg.

It's not clear on who gets punished if children go to war on their own

You are free to make a suggestion about how that separate issue could be addressed.
