They're still being trained by the government, whether they go to war or not. It's in school. Our physical education is very different than normal physical education classes.

Usage of children in warfare in the amendment refers to when its government back sanctioned use. Otherwise it does not apply in case of well regulated militias like in US and in any militia anyone can join at young age. In your case Romanic that military training is in your school which can be allowed in a educational setting. That is something seen akin to similar like ROTC.
