Proposing a full repeal of the Convention on Activity as it is not a useful law for the land-placement process. It complicates the process, adds confusion, and stifles progress for individual nations. Calling for full repeal. Activity requirements have also been entirely unrealistic to keep up to date, and partitions of land have never occurred. This law, in our view, is wholly unnecessary. Limiting land claims to no-more than 10% has also been an abject failure. This has not been followed, yet no land crunches have occurred. In the past, we've required waivers for claims.
