This is a motion launched by Istron following military conflict in Xzavarian territory. Xzavaria has committed war crimes by launching missiles at their own populous and have broken the Istron-Xzavarian treaty by infringing on Southern Vencusia's right to autonomy. We are looking for support in the Declansburg Assembly officially condemning Xzavaria for these actions, and temporarily banning them from participating in the assembly.
