Following interrogation by the suspected assassin of an ex-Vencusian politician awaiting trial at the Declansburg court, President Via Smix requests that the DJA launch an investigation into the Xzavarian Council. The assassin claims he had connections to the Xzavarian Council and was sent by them to murder Sebastjian. This would be obstruction of justice as Sebastjian was being transported to attended trail infront of the Declansburg court.
