PROPOSAL - An Act to Create a Minister of Culture
STATUS: Nationale Republik, Odinburgh & The Evergreen Republic as sponsors; Preliminary support from Ventica, Hokaidoi, Rantarod
WE REQUEST THIS ITEM BE MOVED FOR A VOTE BY THE PARLIAMENT LEADER
Be it hereby resolved that The Parliament of Declansburg shall elect a Minister of Culture, tasked with Uniting the Community of Declansburg through fun regional events and create a welcoming environment for new nations and make said new nations want to stay in Declansburg long-term.
The Minister of Culture shall be granted Appearance, Communications, and Poll authority.
Appearance authority shall only be used to modify the Region's World Factbook entry to bring attention to any region-wide events. Approval from Prime Minister or Deputy Prime Minister will be required before making any alterations to the World Factbook entry. Doing so without prior approval shall result in suspension of Appearance privileges.
Communications authority shall only be used to send region-wide telegrams to member nations of Declansburg to bring attention to any event organized by Minister of Culture.
Poll authority shall only be used to bring forth potential ideas for events to the region and see what member nations would like there to be.
This position shall be elected after passage of this act, and during every election for Prime Minister thereafter.
