This act will establish that the placement and existence of all monitoring devices in unclaimed lands or seas, whether they be for military or research purposes, shall gather the endorsement of the Assembly by a majority vote before proceeding. Nations shall be compelled to present the true purpose of instruments proposed for use during the course of making their case to the Assembly. Any nation found to be mistruthful during a presentation of fact while arguing for a placement of research instruments in unclaimed seas or lands shall be charged with Deceptive Acts under the criminal codes of Declansburg.

We object to this bill. The Criminal Code of Declansburg moderates OOC actions and are not fitting for IC regulations
