CHARGES AGAINST ROMANIC IMPERIUM - ONE COUNT - MISCONDUCT
Misconduct - One charge of misconduct is levied against Romanic Imperium for engagement in malicious acts that include: missile strikes against civilian areas (November 16 missile strikes against Qiaxalan, Evergreen Republic). This offense--committed by the Communist Romanic Government--is entered as a misconduct charge for the entire nation because it follows a previous conviction, of the Jaguar Government, for missile strikes against civilian areas of the Evergreen Republic (Samanthalán, Wesleyan, Abrillan) and Nationale Republik (Vienna) committed on June 20. Additionally, missile strikes against Qiaxalan were also recorded on Oct. 20, during a temporary invasion of the Evergreen Republic by Romanic Imperium wherein Romanic Imperium's civil war fully engulfed the community of Hope Falls, in the Evergreen Republic along the Romanic Imperium border.
The pattern of behavior -- with multiple act of barbarity committed by multiple Romanic governments against the same foreign nation (Evergreen Republic) -- demonstrates that Romanic Imperium exercises malicious behavior, unbecoming of an Assembly nation, by consistently engaging in acts that are aggressive, brutal, and contrary to the national interest of the Romanic Imperium state. Therefore, be it resolved, Romanic Imperium shall be charged with misconduct and suspended from voting status in the Assembly until said charge can reach a resolution.

If im getting charges for hitting infrastructure then maybe we should look at others attack on civilian areas. |

A lot of the issue we have here is that we are seeing first strikes, from Romanic, directly targeting cities and such, many times out of the blue. That and the constant unrest, wars, and internal strife are honestly reaching a point where it almost feels never ending. Yes, nations have retaliated, repeatedly, in an effort to curb the constant aggression. But it always comes back.
