INVOCATION OF CONSTITUIONAL DUTY FOR IMMEDIATE REMOVAL - ARGIN
Recently, The Founder’s Office of Declansburg opened an investigation into The Federal Republic of Argin after learning about the nation’s status as a former WA resident of the disgraced fascist region known as Confederacy of Layem. The nation of Argin is being removed from Declansburg immediately under the belief that this nation is an enemy agent for the following reasons:
.) To this day, the nation of Argin remains on the ban list for Confederacy of Layem, indicating the nation was forcibly removed from the region by Antifa forces following the deletion of the region’s founder.
.) Argin has admitted to being a member of Confederacy of Layem’s Discord server, stating he “did not interact with anyone” in a statement made to the Evergreen Republic on September 6. During the time of Argin’s residency, both within the region of Confederacy of Layem and in the region’s Discord server, the platforms hosted by Confederacy of Layem had become known as a hotbed for homophobic, racist, misogynistic and generally hateful content. Additionally, before Confederacy of Layem’s liberation, the region was involved in significant hostilities against Declansburg and had declared war on the region.
.) Historical data reveals that the nation of Argin ceased to exist following the liberation of Confederacy of Layem. The nation ceased to exist in May of 2022, shortly after the liberation of Confederacy of Layem. In July, the nation was re-founded and moved to Declansburg.
.) Since being founded in 2015, the nation of Argin has been in well over 30 regions (35 at a rough count).
.) In 2016 the nation of Argin resided in Sanctum. Even at the time, Sanctum was known as an extreme right-wing region that allowed RMB posts that called for the murder of communists. Evidence on this has been collected by the Founder’s Office. Argin moved to Sanctum from the region of Gay.
.) From September 2019 to February 2020, the nation of Argin maintained WA status in the region of Vermont, where the nation also served as Vermont’s WA Delegate. Vermont is a region that was founded by Drunken Conquerors, formerly of The Invaders and formerly a regional officer of Sanctum. During Argin’s time as delegate of Vermont, the region was discussed as being the “capital of blacklisted players in NationStates” on the NS Leaders Discord server. Argin has claimed that Drunken Conquerors led him on in Vermont but the facts regarding the deplorable reputation of Vermont as a real OOC threat to other players during Argin’s tenure as delegate are inarguable.
.) Before Argin resided in Confederacy of Layem the nation resided in The Confederacy of Free Nations, establishing a pattern of preference for confederate themed regions.
.) Argin’s current activity level and apparent knowledge of NationStates history would suggest this nation was aware of the situation in Confederacy of Layem and the reasoning behind the region’s targeting by Antifa forces. The evidence as it stands would lead a reasonable person to suggest that Argin chose to remain in the region nonetheless and resist the globally united Antifa efforts.
.) It is assumed that ex-residents of Confederacy of Layem and Sanctum, who resided in both regions at the time of collapse, were encouraged to continue aggressions against Declansburg and Argin’s actions are consistent with a nation that would seek to infiltrate a region.
.) The alleged documented tactics of infiltration utilized by natives of some of the aforementioned regions (Sanctum/Confederacy of Layem/Vermont) have included accusations of significant WA cheating by use of VPNs, doxing, catfishing, and psychological manipulation/abuse.
.) Since registering on Declansburg’s offsite forums in July, the nation of Argin has only made one post. Conversely, Argin has posted over 1,400 messages on the regional Discord. Only 14 of those posts have been in Declansburg’s RP channel. This is being weighed as relevant considering the aforementioned tactics that have been deployed by regions hostile to Declansburg of which Argin has been a member of at various times.
.) With the additional points as context, and without a definitive statement of conclusion as to whether or not Argin is a conclusive agent, the relationship between The Founder’s Office and Argin is considered irreparably damaged due to suspicions based in This Office’s sound observation that lead to reasonable conclusions.
It is this information (suspicious past behavior), combined with the existence of a perceived motive (continued aggressions against Declansburg and other progressive regions), along with the recognition that this office does not believe the statements of Argin to be wholly true, that the nation of Argin is being terminated from Declansburg.
