The Evergreen Republic files a formal misconduct charge against the Assembly nation: The Holy Empire of Saint Jews. These charges are filed due to this nation's reckless threats of nuclear annihilation against New Bradfordsburg following the Evergreen Republic's intervention in a war to liberate Pac Derman territory from Saint Jews occupation, which has been called into question due to godmodding charges that are pending.
Evidence: The following was posted on the Regional Message Board in Declansburg. On August 9 at around 4PM NationStates time, Saint Jews wrote the following words:
"The enemies have decided not to resolve the conflict diplomatically, so we must take extreme measures, in the event of continued hostilities from New Bradfordsburg we will be forced to use our entire nuclear arsenal against the attackers."
Furthermore, Saint Jews wrote: "I don't want to threaten and use nuclear weapons, but if you don't understand the other All I have to do is press the button"

We believe these words rise to the level of misconduct due to the disregard of regional law prohibiting the use of nuclear weapons the apparent lack of any sense of national self-preservation instinct. Furthermore, we consider these words misconduct because Saint Jews--in an official RP capacity--threatened the use nuclear weapons in response to a conventional conflict. We consider this an abhorrent activity that is unbecoming of a member of this body. Additionally, this threat was lodged against the founding nation of this region, which we hope to be taken into consideration.
