I wonder what food our region recognizes as its international food dish? Please submit a favorite that should be our International Food Dish of the region and will have a vote sometime next week.

Xitizian Submission - Krusott Troǵo
A cupped pita-like bread called Krusott filled with shredded lamb, shredded beef, and lots of sharp yellow cheeses. Topped with Troǵo seasoning.
Other options, substuting lamb and beef, include vegetarian (assorted veggies) and fish.
I wanted to make something that would be my favorite food in real life, sooo...

Kurka (flattened chicken breast rolled in cold herb butter, covered in breadcrumbs, and fried) Varenyky (soft dumplings with cottage cheese, potato, cabbage, peas, and beans as the most common filling) Pampushky (garlic break with a soft pillowy texture and flavorful garlic toppings) |
