VOXMIRE CULTURAL DISPATCH
The entire nation of Voxmire is preparing for Li'ahenn, a week long festival in honor of the Grand Swamp that we call home. Preparations take all year, culminating in a resplendent celebration complete with food, entertainment, fireworks, storytelling, and traditional activities and events. Nightly boat rides by the R'lyehians, Carcosan-approved firework shows, street food everywhere, and folklore shows and tales from the locals make for an unforgettable, if a bit terrifying, experience. The festival dates back to ancient, ancient practices, almost unchanged even now. Everyone dons a mask made from materials from the swamp, all personally handmade and decorated by the person itself or our esoteric artisans.
Archduke Craven personally wishes to invite the people and leaders of Declansburg to attend. Do be mindful of our people's beliefs, as Voxians are very, very religious. our spiritual practices are unconventional, but harmless. Lodgings and transportation will be provided for, as Archduke Craven wishes for our guests to be as comfortable as possible. We await your delegations, esteemed leaders.

VOXMIRE CULTURAL DISPATCH
The week of Li'ahenn has begun! Work all over the nation ceases as every community hosts their own Li'ahenn festival. the smell of cooking food, the sounds of laughter, and prayers and chants echo throughout the country. The Grand Swamp truly is alive in this moment.
The Rl'yehians are planning a massive coastal fireworks show tonight. Barges can be seen loaded to the brim with Carcosan-made fireworks.
Nakkians all over wear their wooden masks, decorated with paint and other products of the swamp. While unsettling, they bear no malice to anyone.
Many Voxians are floating to Carcosa's massive floating market, which boasts the largest collection of artisan goods in the nation.
Followers of Shinto walk around dressed in kimonos, and stands are seen selling traditional foods.
Tourists from surrounding nations pour in through Marinas, the main entrance into Voxmire. Voxians are proud to welcome these visitors, making sure they feel welcome. Tourists are given a small guide to the many different practices, customs, and celebrations occuring during Li'ahenn.
Party Yachts are everywhere, seen sailing down the waterways and celebrating late into the night on the coast.
In this week, everyone is family, and everyone is welcome.
