Following the viral online video, where former People's Liberation Army General Pavlo Litvinchuk took credit for the car bombings in Ostrodańsk, with former Colonel General Mikhail Lopotev and former Lieutenant General Gregori Kovalenko supporting him, reports start coming in of loyalist and rebel forces clashing against one another. It would appear the rebel forces are mostly concentrated in the northern portion of the country, seizing control of the major port city of Ziezów. President Zelenska urged citizens to remain calm and seek shelter, and would impose martial law later today with a nightly curfew. Those who do not have reason to be out at night should remain at home.
