I propose to make an addition to the laws of war, regarding the first law. As of now, the law covers the use of CBRN. That is simply not enough due to the existence of weapon systems that use Antimatter and the possible development of other weapon systems. Therefore, I wish to add to the first law, the addition ban on weapons of mass destruction (WMDs). To clarify, WMDs would be categorized as weapons other than CBRN that would do more damage than conventional weapons such as explosives. The amended law would look like this.
Law 1: All CBRN and WMDs (Weapons of Mass Destruction) are hereby banned in conflict. Arsenals may be maintained as deterrents, and for research purposes, however there use in combat is forbidden.
This vote seeks to protect smaller nations from larger ones who intend to circumvent the rules.
This vote will last 36 hours.
