A CBF warship carrying 15 Cheetahs to the colonies in order to protect from invasion. It was sunny and nice out as the they made their way to the shore. The captain and his officers were in the cabin.
C: We better get this ships to shore soon.
O: Don't worry we will get there in plenty of time
C: Lets just hope that we don't run into anyone
All of the sudden someone bursts in and yells "SHIP!" The captain immediately runs to the deck to see what's happening.
C: Get me Private Banks and PRONTO!
O: Yes sir
C: Send a transmission to the ship before they fire on us.

Out in the distance was a rusty ship, it did not belong to any navy that was known It did not respond back

With no response the captain ordered to raise the white flag and approach the ship.
Private Banks arrived.
PB: Um it does not look like a rotondian or Necroplian ship so I think it is a new nation.
C: We will send a peace ship

The ship then flashes its lights in a repeating manner Then slowly moves towards the warship
