He stole land with an unlawful invasion, we all know what happened already. Krimera was forced to give up the land took due to the nation he took it from coming back.

Whether or not Necropolis followed the RP rules when conquering the land, it was conducted in RP. Either this resolution should be a in RP resolution or some penalty should be applied in RP such as sanctions from nations who wish to apply them. I suggest getting the conquered nation in question's opinion on the matter as well
