I am lodging the following proposal, as I see it in the best interest of the region to have more authorities delegated to regional officers who are commonly active.
PROPOSED ACT: The Secretary General position shall hereby assume the regional authorities of Border Control for the purpose of supporting and assisting the regional government with security in Declansburg.

Just as a follow up, we want more eyes on the region with the power to eject non-WA, non-Assembly/Observer state nations. All ejections must still follow process, so no Assembly/Observer state nations may be ejected without process, but there come times where ejections must happen in real time. We would appreciate the Secretary General having this authority, since they are so active and preside over our legislative body.

I appreciate this and understand why it’s being proposed but I believe we have enough individuals who presently have this authority, and between those individuals there is always someone online to make this decision if ever required. We presently have our Founder, PM and Deputy PM, our Defense and Foreign Affairs chiefs and our AG (any more?). I don’t mean to seem problematic but we have this well covered. The leader of our legislative body is just that— charged with our legislative process. Our regional border policies are covered well in my opinion.

We still don’t support this even after its passage.
