This proposal will give The Assembly the right to occupy the border region between two nations which are exhibiting hostile behaviors towards each other, to prevent a conflict. Declansburg Assembly Occupation Zones will be temporary, only being maintained until peace has been reached. a majority vote by the assembly must be achieved for an occupation to begin.

I disagree. While peace should be achieved, this does not consider the fact some bordering nations will not agree to such occupation.
I believe, if said occupation were to occur, one nation will have to agree.

I oppose ,I think there's a better option for this matter like assigning a peacekeeping force of Declansburg in the areas of conflict and further enhance our laws regarding to this matter in order to attain long lasting peace.
