Language: Nations seeking entrance into the Declansburg Assembly for the first time will need to be residing in Declansburg, for at least one week's time, before full access and voting status is granted by The Founder. Furthermore, nations seeking placement on the regional map shall reside within Declansburg for a minimum of one week before a formal request for map placement is considered.

In short, this formalizes a process that has already been in place. This proposal gives us in The Founder's Office the tools we need to keep the institutional integrity of the Assembly safe from bad faith actors seeking to take advantage of our lax entry laws. Basically, if a nation is acting in good faith, they'll have no problem. We've heard threats for infiltrations from Layem, during negotiations. They told us they could destroy Declansburg from the inside out, so we want to make sure that's not going to happen.
This formally gives The Founder's Office the key to the gate when it comes to the Assembly entry and keeps the power of admission within founding nations of this region that hold ties dating back half a decade. with proven experience operating in the best interests of multiple regions including The Radiant, Novus Lucidum, and Declansburg.
