We, the nations of Parliament, hereby enact that the Minister of Foreign Affairs shall have sole discretion over the acceptance, cancellation or denial of embassies. Furthermore, Parliament may overrule the Minister of Foreign Affairs regarding the acceptance, cancellation or denial of an embassy by majority vote.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs may not enter into inter-regional pacts or alliances without the approved consent of Parliament.
