This act shall regulate the process of removing nations from the regional map.
In the event that a nation on the regional map leaves the region, or states their intention to leave the region, said nation shall labeled reserved and shall be afforded one week to finalize their decision before being removed from the regional map. If no communications are received during the one-week period, such non-communication shall be treated as a finalization of the nation's resignation from the map. Upon finalization of a resignation the map, said nation's land shall be designated as unclaimed areas for new nations by the Cartographer's Office.
In the event that a nation on the regional map ceases to exist, one week shall be afforded for said nation to revive, and said nation shall be labeled as reserved. If the nation does not refound, said nation's land shall be removed from the regional map and designated as unclaimed areas for new nations by the Cartographer's Office.
