Changing Parliament's Name to 'the Declansburg Assembly'

We propose changing the name of Parliament from just parliament to the Declansburg Assembly.

Why : The name parliament both give the perception of power being taken away from the member nations, as well as just doesn't sound that good. after a lot of discussion we have determined that the replacement name of the Declansburg Assembly should take its place instead
Old Name : Parliament
New Name : the Declansburg Assembly (DA for short)
