As a clarification, was Grand Rotondia ever formally convicted? If he was, Shreminov would be handling the sentencing. However, that would only be after Parliament votes to hold a trial and said trial is held. If there is no conviction, and this measure is simply a reaction to the charges being brought that's different. Could we get clarification?

I think we should consider a parliamentarian position.

I think we should consider a parliamentarian position. or least the dux should have parliamentarian duties.

The vote is closed and censure is decision this body as come to. That be said GR can redeem himself as anyone else that I believe in second chances.
