Let it be known that whilst a guilty verdict was received, the accused (Romanic Imperium) has plead for an appeal which he is greeted by the constitution. due to recent event, The Prime Minister will not be able to administer this appeal, therefore it falls to Parliament to give a verdict. as it stands the current punishment of of the Accused is a 30 day ban, which could in this appeal either be increased, decreased or thrown away entirely depending on the outcome. The evidence on the side of Declansburg is as follows : Guilty Plea, Telegram communications, witnesses.
A majority ruling is required for a guilty or not guilty verdict.

Romanic has been served their sentence, they will be allowed to return on March 24th, 2022.
