Be it hereby resolved that Parliament shall serve as Declansburg's adjudicating authority over issues of land disputes and additional land assignments to countries already existing on the official regional map, as released by The Founder's Office. Be it further resolved that initial map placement shall be overseen by The Founder's Office.
