This amendment will add two new sections to article 2, "Punishment".
2b. Conspiracy to commit war crimes, which shall be defined a "A person of power ordering the conduction of war crimes as detailed in Article 1 of the International Standards of Warfare", shall be a crime. Punishment may range from a minimum of 40 years to life in international prison. Conspiracy to commit war crimes shall be considered a separate charge from true violation of Sections 1a-1q.
2c. Aiding in the concealment of war crimes, such as destroying evidence, attempting to interrupt an international investigation, and/or attempting to shelter or keep charged war criminals from facing trial, shall be a crime. Punishment may range from a minimum of 20 years to life in international prison.
