This proposal would create the following crimes - which could be utilized in the form of formal charges - by the Judicial Officer of Declansburg.
Crimes Against Humanity - This code shall be defined as a campaign carried out by an individual or individuals that leads to extensive human suffering on a mass scale. Conducting such campaigns shall be considered illegal and subject to charges.
Conspiracy to Conceal Crimes Against Humanity - This code shall be defined as an act or acts carried out by an individual or individuals to destroy evidence that could lead to convictions for Crimes Against Humanity.
