This motion will seek to eliminate the role of Secretary General. Duties of the Sec. General (tie-breaking votes) shall be shifted to the Prime Minister wholly. Passage of this act would also establish an Attorney General who shall be tasked with maintaining the library of legislation in Declansburg, offering legal counsel, and serving in a prosecutor role in the event the Judicial Officer should charge a nation for violations.
