International Flights Rules and Regulations for Declansburg ACT: (IFRRD Act)
Preamble
This voluntary legislation is constitutional, permits what is already permitted, does not restrict what is already restricted, it is to solidify a “Written,” legal standing within the Declansburg’s region. Allows for new members to understand International Flights Rules and Regulations. Ensures a respected understanding that all rights and privileges are ultimately left to individual nations to self-govern their airspace.
PASSANGER (Public/Private) FLIGHTS;
-Countries are encouraged to have certain Airports that are used for International Flights but not limited to.
-Capitol’s
-Major Cities
-Airports built for international flights
-International Flights flying over and/or landing at any nation within the Declansburg Region.
Encouraged to include but not limited to;
-All Nations at Peace Time
-Shortest Distances
-Lay Overs
-Connecting International Flights
Encouraged to exclude but not limited to;
-Warring Nations
- Unstable Nations
-Restricted Zones
-Military Zones; Bases; Army, Navy, Airforce
-Military Conflict Zones
MILITARY FLIGHTS
-Peace Time
-Allowed to fly freely over any country during peace time to their destination, except if a nation who's airspace would be entered on route does not agree.
-Allowed to fly freely to any Nations Embassy or International Base within allied country; Army, Navy, Airforce.
-Nations are allowed to use unclaimed airspace for various purposes.
-War Time
-Allowed to fly freely over any country to their destination, except if a nation who's airspace would be entered on route does not agree.
-Allowed to fly to, air force base closest to conflict area freely.
-Must not use another nation as a staging base to attack another (Unless agreements are made).
