This proposal moves to bar all nations involved in military action (combat) against Solav, from Oct. 31, 2035 onward, from overseeing or participating in the trial and potential subsequent appeals in the case Declansburg v. Solav Union. Exception to this is any DJA authority acting on the execution of am arrest warrant.
We seek this to prevent bias in a conviction and sentencing.
