The High Marshal would lock her gaze with the Arbiter. "Tell me, Arbiter. Given how my nation is receiving these refugees not by choice, exactly what will we be investigated for? As stated, they are receiving medical checks, food, housing. All while we validate their claims." “Your nation as well as Gustavovich will be searched for any human rights violations under Article 7 of the Baversonburg Convention, while we don’t expect to find anything it is important to protect the rights of these Gallicians.” The Comrade Director interrupts a harsh and serious tone and speaks in his native tongue, the translator quickly turns on the microphone speaks into it:
"The Director says that it concludes our already very strong suspicion. There is nothing expected to be found. If there is nothing expected to be found that there is no basis for a search. Article XIV of Declansburgs' Constitution states that all nations are to be treated fairly and evenly, not arbitrarily. You are not impartial, we say you are only wanting to be there either to possibly create false evidence of human rights abuses or to make us look lesser and you as suzerains. We won't allow, and will take to every last measure to defend our Nation's sovereignty."

High Marshal interjects.
"I must agree with my Gustovovich counterpart. My nation especially has been treated unjustly and unfairly with biased since our arrival. Troops raised against us and we respond, only to be labeled 'aggressive. New friends and allies made only to see them cut off from others for associating with us. And responding to a refugee crises? We are banded inhumane and are being investigated.
I wonder where this 'impartial' community is. What after the inspections? Will it be occupation? Subjugation? The Cybran State has only ever reacted to crises after crises after crises. We will not be your scapegoat."

Vencusia's PM awkwardly piped up, while constantly wiping his forehead of sweat.
"The fact that some nations feel unjust and mistreated shows that this very summit goes beyond just Gustavovich, it should also include the ERs attitude of hostility to many of the other nations - *cough* - and their lack of willingness to even be here is j-just irresponsible to me. *he takes a look around for approval and is met with hostile and questioning faces. He embarssasly sits down, imagining the snicker of Nena in his head.*

Following that, the aide in a very discreet manner goes to the Vencusian PM's aide with a glass of water in a silver decorated plate, and whispers to the PM:
"Greetings sir, I see you are unassisted. The Comrade Director offers our assistance to anything you need. Are you in need of anything sir that I can be of assistance of?"

Nena slams the unmute button.
"Comrade Director, being in the Assembly is a privilege, not a right. Your nation does not have the right to flaunt Assembly orders and maintain membership in the august institution that is Declansburg's Regional Assembly. If Gustavovich will not allow inspectors into their nation to validate the status of this minority group, the Evergreen Republic will motion for a removal of this nation from the Assembly on the grounds of non-compliance with a specific Assembly order intended to ensure the well-being of an ethnic minority group."

"We have removed Cybran States from this resolution. However, the Evergreen Republic takes back none of its statements. We find the choice to repatriate the Gallicians to a nation they have fled, risking life and limb across icy seas, to be utterly deplorable."

One of the Gustavovichian aides unmutes the Director's microphone, he speaks in a calm yet serious manner in romanulatinum, his translator unmutes his own microphone and says:
"Well, the Comrade Director thinks that Comrade Nena was unable to hear what he said previously. We will not be harassed with arbitrary impositions. The motion itself contains 2 lines and no proof whatsoever, the countries supporting this clearly are not doing so given the level of persuasiveness it's arguments, since there aren't any. Is that all that your country does? Threaten without reason and nothing to offer but to take? That is not diplomacy, that is ordering around, and this comes from a so-said liberal and democratic country such as the Evergreen Republic, the Comrade Director finds this quite an irony."
The Director and all his aides return to a relaxed yet serious manner and turn to stare at the ER representative.

Nena now responds to the Gustavovich delegation, forgetting what she wanted to say to the Vencusian PM.
"It is not a threat Comrade Director. It is a promise. Refuse inspectors and you shall be removed from the Assembly with what we assume will be a successful motion. You'd be wise not to continue making things worse for yourself and your country. The Assembly is voicing their opinion on this matter as we speak. You'd be wise to begin thinking about what type of future Gustavovich wants in Declansburg. We urge you to allow the inspectors into your nation once this resolution passes."

The Vencusian PM gets up abruptly, passing with sorries and excuses me's as the other attending members cover their noses in horror of his stench.
In his place is the International Affaris Minister, who wears his sunglasses inside, inspite of the rather un-sunny conditions.
"It has come to my attention that the ER is showing that they will not part force as an option, dispite the need not for it. Gustavovich has every right to deny foreign spies snooping around, yeah? If the tables were turned, I'm sure the Evergreen Republic would understand."

Nena hits unmute again. She sighs.
"If the tables were turned the Evergreen Republic would allow foreign inspectors as we have done in the past. Your point falls on deaf ears with us."

The minister shifts his full attention to Nena. "What I'm trying to get at, is that we shouldn't push accusations and an aggravated response based on something we don't have enough evidence to say 'yes, investigate this nation now!' We should be patient and wait out the storm before we make rash decisions."

An aide discretely enters the room and handles the Director of the GPB a sealed document, which he quickly reads and sends back to the aide, which leaves the room afterwards.
After this, the Director of the GPB takes out his peaked cap and stares at the ER representative with a questionable smile, signals to his aide, which unmuted the Director's mic for him and the Director speaks in romanulatinum: "Ești binevenit sa fași tut q'ce vrei." "Nostru avem o verba: Eligere, perdere, et, totul actio consecințe."
The Director's gustavovichian translating officer opens own his mic to translate what the Director just said, but the Director signals to him and he stops. All Gustavovichians remain silent and sit relaxed in their chairs.

"We, the Gustavovichians unreservedly thank the Vencusian wise and sensible comprehension."
The Director nods and smiles respectfully to the Vencusian Minister.

"Evidence is usually revealed in the course of an investigation. The assembly has probably cause to investigate. That probable cause being an exodus of this ethnic minority from Gustavovich. Cybran States has admitted this is happening. That is reason enough to investigate."
