We open the floor as this crisis is concerning to Odinburgh which may spill over into other nations. In fact a flood of refugees entered a few days ago and more to be expected. Please we must understand this crisis to figure out how to resolve this matter. Opening statements now may begin.

We have little to say. Romanic Imperium knows what we require from them. They must surrender. This government was openly hostile towards The Evergreen Republic and our allies. They were attacked to prevent an imminent invasion they were planning to launch. When The Evergreen Republic joined the coalition, they attacked our cities and committed war crimes. Now, they have murdered our POWs leading to this second invasion. It was too much to bear. We will not stop until Romanic Imperium surrenders.

We also have little to say. This second invasion is madness. The POW's that were supposedly murdered, killed 15 guards and gravely injured 9 more. Our demands are simple give us back our land and Evergreen can keep everything on their side of the mountains for now

Yes it seems after justice was delivered to two of their own the hostilies seemed to continue after the surrender. Murdering of POWs is a crime. However the war code must be passed soon in our regional assembly in order to bring them justice.
We like to know the reasoning of attacks on you Evergreen. If hate is a motivating factor Odinburgh won't stand for it. Those in Romanic Imperium must face the consequences. So far they haven't threatened us but we are seeing a influx of refugees from their nation in my nation as well besides yours. We worry that we will be dragged into this quagmire.

Is this related to a land coop deal that is near NR border back during the trial?

You say the POWs killed your guards but they were in YOUR custody! This is just a story. Our soldiers know their orders to stay put if they get captured. This murder of our POWs happened soon after you tried to barter our POWs for the release of Jaguar and Atalanta. When we said no, you announced the POWs had staged a revolt and put them to death. It is outrageous.

No country would stand for the way we have been treated by Romanic Imperium!

We would also like to say that despite all of this mistreatment from the nation of Romanic Imperium, we have also committed to a humanitarian mission. We have created the Dáxlamic Red Crescent and our missionaries are assisting Restora and Calicadonia in providing humanitarian support to those impacted by war. Romanic is dragging this out, and it is having a detrimental impact on his own nation. Additionally, this nation has threatened to send old citizens and children into combat. The Evergreen Republic has ordered our soldiers not to return fire on child combatants if this happens.

We would like to bring forward this suggestion by Staidear: "Romanic previously refused to sign the RNPNAT. What if.... part of a peace deal was some some sort of disarmament clause for nuclear warheads. (Romanic) can use their existing stockpile of ICBMs for conventional explosives. What if part of the deal involves bi-annually nuclear inspections to verify that he is not refining fissile material for weapons use?"

Definitely not your country

Is this related to a land coop deal that is near NR border back during the trial? No it's related to how the coalition forces are occupying Roman land. Not just the colony Evergreen occupied about an 1/8th of our nation! And the civilians obviously hate the occupation their have already been protests, riots, and uprisings agianst the occupation forces. But do they listen to the pleas for them to leave? No. The recent uprising already inflicted large casualties upon the garrison forces. Yet they still choose to stay agianst the civilians will.

It is outrageous. We didn't put anyone to death besides the leader of the revolt and only because that man had killed a large percentage of the guards that were murdered. The others that died died when they were fired back upon. Don't you wonder with the casualties for the POW'S us low? It's because we don't want to hurt POW's. But it was kill or be killed. You may think of us as savages, though when the duel was requested who wanted it to be To the death? Not Terra. And just because you gave them orders does not mean they follow them. Roman soldiers are highly disciplined yet they still don't always follow orders

Otherwise a bi-annual nuclear inspection for verfication of status of refinement of fissile material would be a good start to a agreement if Romanic would agree to that point. I could be in charge of inspections or any other nation can do that.
