Technically we are at peace already, but one of the main concerns that Necroians have is the amount of support CBF has gained financially and militarily. All the while attempting to surround Necropolis 2.

Yes, you clearly have the means to destroy Necropolis 2 completely if you so desired. Even without the support of the CS, you could probably just march into my capital and take it.

Invaded everyone around you? I'd like to refute that statement, the only nation invaded was Corvustanias, which has never bordered your nation. We're strong, but you have the support of...whatever strong nation you have the support of that supplies you with weapons. If you had a coalition attack against my nation, we wouldn't last long.
