Criminal Code of Declansburg
The Following laws will become part of The Codified Criminal Codes of Declansburg (1)
Replacing Law 1 : Crimes Eligible for Tribunal Conviction (2). This is done to create a single amendable piece of legislation.

Blackmail
Threatening to reveal true or false information of any form about any individual or group unless demands are met
Discrimination
The act of prejudicial (negatively biased) treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of race, age, sex, or disability.
Godmoding
Using God mode tactics to gain an unfair advantage in and outside of war within the RP or one beyond what your stats on NS determine you to have (3).
Corruption
The act of being favourable to any individual or group or conversely being discriminatory towards and individual or group as a result of receiving a bribe of any form e.g. favours.
Misconduct
Conduct unbecoming of an Assembly nation by way of serious harassment, malicious trolling, abusive language, or other behaviour that a reasonable person would consider wildly inappropriate, offensive or malicious.
Deceptive acts
The act of intentionally misleading a regional officer during the course of said regional officer's official duties. This crime can also be applied to nations that provide false statements to the Assembly in the Drafting Committee or on the Assembly Floor as well as providing false or misleading evidence in any court during a trial.
Abuse of Power
The misuse of a position of power to take unjust advantage of individuals or groups. To be called obstruction of justice applies wherein one abuses the power of their office to subvert the judicial process.
Breach of court order
The act of knowingly and intentionally disobeying or attempting to circumvent a court order or sentence.
Raiding
The act of raiding Declansburg or protectorate regions of Declansburg.
