BREAKING NEWS: New Bradfordsburg Announces Discovery of Ado-35 Variant; Nation Closes Borders Amidst "Very Large Outbreak" - Hospitals in Samanthalán Swamped

Ado-35 NB1 is the name of a new variant health officials have announced the discovery of in the Evergreen Republic. Authorities say is has evaded the state-manufactured Eliza vaccine, which has been distributed among approximately 98% of the urban population.
Reports say the variant is more potent, and has made patients sicker in a shorter period of time. According to media reports, roughly 10% of those hospitalized are reporting a loss of sight. Doctors say they do not know if this loss of sight is permanent or temporary.
"We can't explain it right now, we're trying to find out the answers," said the general manager of Samanthalán St. Crescent Regional Hospital.
The outbreak has hit hardest in the New Bradfordsburg district of the nation, locked away in the foothills of the Sierra Alansa mountains, and including the cities of Bradfordsburg and Grovalán. The province has been completely shut down.
Roughly 100,000 people have been reported hospitalized across the district.
